Description
The AEG6 is a steel-string acoustic guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2013. It was produced in China as part of the AEG series.
The AEG6 features a thin grand concert shaped body with a soft Venetian cutaway constructed of a laminated spruce top with black and white binding on laminated mahogany sides and back with a high gloss finish. The round soundhole has a simple pearloid rosette. It has a gloss-finish mahogany neck with a 25" scale, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with small white dot position markers. Components include a plastic saddle in a rosewood bridge, Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
