Refund, Warranty and Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

You have the right to request a refund under the following circumstances for your purchased goods:

1. If the goods are found to be faulty.
2. If they significantly differ from the representation made in advertisements or descriptions.
3. If they fail to perform as intended.

Please make your choices carefully, as refunds for a change of mind are only granted at our discretion. Once a refund is approved, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the product was incorrectly shipped to you, we will take care of the return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@underdogguitars.com.au within seven days of receiving the product.

Please note that all sales of second-hand items are final, and no refunds will be provided for a change of mind.

Warranty and Returns Policy:

If your purchased item is discovered to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect and is still within the manufacturer's specified warranty period, we will either repair or replace the item.

If your item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide the option of a store credit or a refund.

Please note that items found to be faulty due to abuse or mishandling do not qualify for warranty or replacement.

All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, second-hand items come with a strict 30-day warranty.
