You are entitled to a refund if the goods you have purchased are:

  2. Differ significantly to those shown. Advertised or described

  3. Not doing what they're supposed to do

After receiving the returned item(s) the refund will be made within two business days via the same method as your payment was made.



If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, and is within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will repair or replace the item


If your item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a store credit or refund


Items found to be faulty due to abuse or mishandling will not qualify for warranty or replacement.
