Refund & Returns Policy

At Underdog Guitars, we do our best to accurately describe and test every item before it leaves the shop.

You’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item:

• Arrives faulty
• Is significantly different from how it was described or pictured
• Doesn’t perform as it should

Change of Mind Policy

Please choose carefully - we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If you would like to request a store credit instead, this must be done within 3 business days of receiving your item. If we approve the request:

• A store credit will be issued for the item’s purchase price less a 10% restocking fee
• Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility

If the item was shipped to you in error, we will cover the return shipping.

Pre-Owned Policy

While we test all gear as thoroughly as possible, we offer a 3-day grace period from the day your item arrives so you can fully test it. If anything isn’t right, just get in touch within that window.

If you choose to return an item for a change of mind, return shipping will be your responsibility, and the $69 delivery fee is non-refundable. If the product is faulty, we’ll work with you to find a resolution that suits both parties.
