Lay-By at Underdog Guitars

Once your deposit is down, your gear gets packed away safely until you’re ready to take it home.

How it works:

• 20% deposit to get started

• Six weeks to pay off the balance

• Item can be collected/sent once paid in full

If a lay-by goes past the six-week period, the item will be returned to stock and a store credit issued. We’ll always try to contact you before that happens.

Payments:

• No fixed payment schedule — pay it off anytime within the six weeks

• Payments can be made in-store, over the phone, or via direct bank transfer
  

If you need to cancel a lay-by, you can choose:

• A store credit for the total amount paid (custom orders excluded), or

• A refund minus a 10% restocking fee

• (10% of the total order value, capped at a maximum of $300)

Please note: store credits issued from a cancelled lay-by can’t be used to start another lay-by.
